• Consultation Fees: The 30-minute intake consult is non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the start time.

• Training Sessions: Cancel 24+ hours before start to be eligible for a make-up (subject to availability; not guaranteed). Late cancels/no-shows are counted as used sessions and are non-refundable.

• Biweekly Plans: Services already delivered are non-refundable. Unused sessions are not refunded but may be scheduled as make-ups within the current billing period when available.

• Freezes: One freeze per quarter (up to 2 weeks) with advance written notice before your next bill date. Any approved pro-rated credit is applied to the next cycle.

• Billing Errors: Report within 7 days for review and adjustment if applicable.

• Studio Closures: If XHQ cancels due to unforeseen events, we’ll offer a make-up or credit.
